1) Trophies should be accessible at all times on a dead ADULT dino unless it has already been taken. 2) If you take a trophy from a dead dino and place it on the ground, it should not despawn for 5 minutes at the very least.

The duration of growth given varies depending on the quest; the majority of quests currently give 30 seconds of growth. It takes ~50 quests of 30 second rewards to complete a growth stage. All playables require the same number of quests to reach adult.

If you die, you will lose a percentage of your earned Marks, and lose a chunk of your growth progress.
