Northwell Health’s Division of Nephrology is seeking a physician leader to serve as the Director for the Division of Nephrology at South Shore University Hospital. The Director will work with departmental and organizational leadership to facilitate operations and strategic planning that promote continuous improvement within our clinical and educational enterprises. The ideal candidate will have clinical, teaching, scholarship, and leadership experience to lead the Nephrology program at South Shore University Hospital

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisem*nt and may be modified in the future.
